You can trace our beginnings back to one very specific moment. One of our co-founders travelled from Sofia to London's AA School of Architecture and fell in love. Not with architecture, but with technology. So he began exploring, experimenting and exploiting digital avenues.

Led by our leadership team, we have created a performance catchups system, which enables Team Leads and team members to collaboratively discuss development paths and set goals. It is an ongoing initiative which aims to make sure people get a constant flow of feedback and helps advance their careers within Despark.
Home to our creativity is in London and Sofia which helps us keep up-to-date with the ever-changing digital landscape internationally.
Our studio in Sofia was designed as a place to make you feel inspired and challenged. It’s a place that makes our team excited to come to work everyday and makes our clients feel at home.
The building itself is an old printing house which has different creative organisations and startups under its roof, and makes for a perfect creative hub for our HQ. Our hub in London sits in the heart of buzzing Covent Garden.
We set up our events in Sofia and London both to help us keep up-to-date with the ever-changing digital landscape and to support the tech and entrepreneurial communities in our home cities.
The backbone of our business is the unity within our team. It takes all types of talent to do what we do, something that we never take for granted. We work hard, but we also make sure that we put the tools down and leave the office for a BBQ or a trip to the beach so that we spend time having fun together.
